•Our clothing and bags are printed with not only 100% Eco-friendly inks, but also media which is 100% certified to the OEKO-TEX Standard so its free of PVC, heavy metals and chemicals.
•As all of our products are manually printed, please expect minor imperfections ie: not all items will have the same image positioning although we do try our hardest. Actual print colours also may vary to those on your screen.
•Please note that our logo is printed/tags sewn onto some of our products and may not be shown on preview images.

•Please be patient during the Christmas and back to school periods (mid September through to February). We get really busy, and normal processing time frames will extend over this time. Express post will speed up postage only and not the processing time of your order.

PLEASE NOTE that the cut off date for pre-Christmas delivery* is the 22nd of November 2019. We cannot guarantee that any orders placed AFTER this date will be delivered prior to Christmas.
Charmily offers a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95. FREE shipping on Australian orders over $150 to 5kg. Free shipping is not available with other coupons/discounts. Free shipping cannot be applied once orders have been placed.
Almost all parcels sent to Australian addresses are sent using Australia Post eParcel, which provides tracking and signature on delivery at not additional cost. We also use couriers for some larger orders.
For international orders, we use International Airmail service (NO tracking, NO signature on delivery), and ExpressCourier International which provides tracking and signature on delivery, and is delivered in 2-4 business days to most locations. Our shipping charges are what we are charged to send. Please contact us if you would like to use Registered Post or Pack and Track international (additional charges apply).
If you’d like to include insurance, please contact us to arrange the cover.

Once your order has been processed/printed and is ready for shipping, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Charmily uses the eParcel service via Australia post (unless otherwise specified on your order). Please visit the Australia Post website for postage time frames. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and the driver feels that your item is unsafe to leave, your item will be carded and left at your local post office for collection this also applies to signature on delivery items. Please enter specific delivery instructions during the checkout process under Order Notes box (e.g. Please leave on the front porch if not at home.)
Yes! All of our items are able to be shipped internationally, most countries are already configured within our system, and postage will be calculated at the checkout. Please contact us if you are having trouble finding them.

•INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS / RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
Even though our system checks for correct delivery address, if you have typed incorrect details, then If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as “undeliverable” Standard shipping rates will apply for re-delivery.
