• Printing – Fabric & Canvas: High quality dye-sublimation print ensures the design won’t fade, peel or scratch. Sublimation print is pressed INTO the material, not on top of it. The result is a beautiful textured-looking print that will last when following correct care instructions.
• Printing – Quality & Misprints: Each Item is expertly handcrafted and fashioned. Whilst as much care is taken during the creation of your product, occasionally the items may not match the pictures exactly as seen in each listing, because they are handmade individually. This is not a flaw, but rather the promise that your purchase may feature unique designs and intricacies.
• Supervision of your child using or playing with their item is recommended at all times.
• Please note that our logo may be printed/tags sewn onto some of our products and may not be shown on preview images.
• We are an environmentally conscious business. Our Eco-Friendly products includes Heat Transfer, AirDye, Pigment Printing, Crush, Broomstick, Cire, Foil, Glitter, Deluster, Puff, Bonding, Lamination, and more. Where possible, we re-use the bubble wrap/plastic bags/packaging received with delivery of our products, to package yours safely.
•Your order will take approximately 14 working days to create PLUS Postage Times (Mon to Fri). We post daily, Monday- Friday. Please visit Australia Post to estimate delivery times.
•Busy Periods: Please be patient during the Christmas and back to school periods (mid September through to February). We get really busy, and normal processing time frames will extend over this time. To keep up to date with our processing times, check the banner across the top of the page as we will update this if we are experiencing longer than normal processing times.
Charmily & Co offers a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95. FREE standard shipping on Australian orders over $150. Express Post is available for a flat rate of $14.95. Free shipping is not available with other coupons/discounts. Free shipping cannot be applied once orders have been placed.
Almost all parcels sent to Australian addresses are sent using Australia Post eParcel, which provides tracking and signature on delivery at not additional cost. We also use couriers for some larger orders.
For international orders, we use Australia Post International Airmail service, and Australia Post Express International, which provides tracking and signature on delivery. For estimated delivery times, please visit the Australia Post website.

Once your order has been created and is ready for shipping, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Charmily & Co uses the eParcel service via Australia post (unless otherwise specified on your order). Please visit the Australia Post website for postage time frames and to track your delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and the driver feels that your item is unsafe to leave, your item will be carded and left at your local post office for collection this also applies to signature on delivery items. Please enter specific delivery instructions during the checkout process under Order Notes box (e.g. Please leave on the front porch if not at home.)
Express post will speed up postage only and not the processing time of your order.
• International Shipping:
Yes! All of our items are able to be shipped internationally, most countries are already configured within our system, and postage will be calculated at the checkout. Please contact us if you are having trouble finding them.
When your order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent advising shipping and tracking details. Please use the tracking number provided to you to track your item here: http://auspost.com.au/track/ or contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote your tracking number.
• Incorrect Delivery Address or Undeliverable/Returned Parcels:
Even though our system checks for correct delivery address, if you have typed incorrect details, then If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as “undeliverable” Standard shipping rates will apply for re-delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange delivery of your order for a specific date or day.
