• Occasionally some items will be made available for sale on our Etsy and Website as a PRE ORDER.
• This means that the product hasn’t arrived to us yet, but we are offering it for pre-sale, to allow you to secure the product with your order, as we will only be receiving limited product stock.
• These products will be marked as PRE-ORDER, with an estimated date for arrival listed in the item description, as shown above.

➼ Extremely important information regarding PRE-ORDER items:
• If you purchase a product on pre-order, you will still receive a confirmation of your order right away. So we can focus on having orders created and sent as soon as possible once they’ve arrived in stock, you may not receive any extra communication until we update your order status with the tracking details.
• You do not need to follow this up, we promise we haven’t forgotten you. We will get in touch if the expected date of arrival of your pre-ordered item changes.
• The estimated dates for arrival are approximate only, and are provided to us by a third party, e.g. The company manufacturing our products, or the shipping company.
• Any estimated arrival dates cannot be guaranteed as many factors outside of our control can effect them. Please rest assured we will ship your PRE-ORDER item within 2 weeks of us receiving it in stock, as with all of our orders, each order is hand made to your order details, and not a pre-printed item. We give the time frames in good faith, but this is outside of our control and sometimes change. If your order is time sensitive we suggest purchasing something in stock and not a pre-order product.

• We are not able to cancel or refund any PRE-ORDERS for incorrect/delays of estimated dates of arrival outside of our control. We will notify you of any changes, as we are aware of them, but your order will remain.

• If you order more than one item, and any one of them is a PRE-ORDER, your entire order won’t be shipped until everything is in stock. This is important to note. • The Santa Sack Size: approx 60 Cm x 70 Cm
• Made from quality, natural polyester canvas
• Printed on one side, and as shown in the picture, the design does not fill the whole sack. It has been designed this way so when the sacks are filled, the full design still shows on the front!

• The ink is pressed INTO the material, not on top of it. The result is a beautiful vintage-looking print that will last.

Our products are individually printed and hand made by us, in Brisbane.
Differences in print placement, and the creation process can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product. With the nature of hand made products, please do not expect each product to be exactly the same, as one may slightly differ to the next. This part of the handmade process is what makes our products unique and should not be seen as a fault. They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended.

Storage Basket/Hamper:Made from quality canvas, padding & wire. Spot clean only with damp wet cloth (Water Only)or a baby wipe. Do NOT use bleach, soak, submerge in water or place in dryer.

Children’s Dinner Sets: 100% Bpa Free Melamine, and are dishwasher safe on the top shelf only. Hand washing is recommended for longevity of the print. Not microwave safe.

Cloud Placemat: 100% Bpa Free, Food Safe Silicone. Dishwasher safe on top shelf.

Memory Games, Puzzles & Keepsake Boxes: Made from high quality wood. Easy to clean, simply wipe with a soft damp cloth or baby wipe and dry. Do not place in dishwasher or submerge in water.

Water Bottles/Insulated Tumblers: Stainless steel. Not dishwasher or Microwave safe. Hand wash only.

Cheeseboards: Our cheeseboards feature wooden bases, with either a glass or ceramic plate. Wipe clean with a soapy damp cloth, and dry thoroughly. Do not place in dishwasher or submerge in water.

Coffee Mugs/Cups: High Quality Ceramic. Dishwasher safe on top shelf.

Cushions, Bags, Santa Sacks & Canvas Sacks: Machine washable, on a gentle cycle. Hang to air dry. Do not use bleach or place in dryer.

Printing – Wood, Ceramic & Melamine: Designs are professionally & permanently printed (no stickers or stencils!) The print will not lift or peel. The result is a vibrant and colourful print finish, designed to last when following correct care instructions.

Printing – Fabric & Canvas: High quality dye-sublimation print ensures the design won’t fade, peel or scratch. Sublimation print is pressed INTO the material, not on top of it. The result is a beautiful textured-looking print that will last when following correct care instructions.

Printing – Quality & Misprints: Each Item is expertly handcrafted and fashioned. Whilst as much care is taken during the creation of your product, occasionally the items may not match the pictures exactly as seen in each listing, because they are handmade individually. This is not a flaw, but rather the promise that your purchase may feature unique designs and intricacies.

• Supervision of your child using or playing with their item is recommended at all times.

• Please note that our logo may be printed/tags sewn onto some of our products and may not be shown on preview images.

• We are an environmentally conscious business. Our Eco-Friendly products includes Heat Transfer, AirDye, Pigment Printing, Crush, Broomstick, Cire, Foil, Glitter, Deluster, Puff, Bonding, Lamination, and more. Where possible, we re-use the bubble wrap/plastic bags/packaging received with delivery of our products, to package yours safely.

•Your order will take approximately 14 working days to create PLUS Postage Times (Mon to Fri). We post daily, Monday- Friday. Please visit Australia Post to estimate delivery times.

Busy Periods: Please be patient during the Christmas and back to school periods (mid September through to February). We get really busy, and normal processing time frames will extend over this time. To keep up to date with our processing times, check the banner across the top of the page as we will update this if we are experiencing longer than normal processing times.

Shipping Costs:
Charmily & Co offers a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95. FREE standard shipping on Australian orders over $150. Express Post is available for a flat rate of $14.95. Free shipping is not available with other coupons/discounts. Free shipping cannot be applied once orders have been placed.

Almost all parcels sent to Australian addresses are sent using Australia Post eParcel, which provides tracking and signature on delivery at not additional cost. We also use couriers for some larger orders.

For international orders, we use Australia Post International Airmail service, and Australia Post Express International, which provides tracking and signature on delivery. For estimated delivery times, please visit the Australia Post website.
If you’d like to include insurance, please contact us to arrange the cover.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT do split shipping of orders unless prior arrangements are made, and the additional postage is covered by the customer. We do NOT send to multiple destinations unless prior arrangements are made, and the additional postage is covered by the customer.

Shipping Times:
Once your order has been created and is ready for shipping, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Charmily & Co uses the eParcel service via Australia post (unless otherwise specified on your order). Please visit the Australia Post website for postage time frames and to track your delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and the driver feels that your item is unsafe to leave, your item will be carded and left at your local post office for collection this also applies to signature on delivery items. Please enter specific delivery instructions during the checkout process under Order Notes box (e.g. Please leave on the front porch if not at home.)

Express Post:
Express post will speed up postage only and not the processing time of your order.

International Shipping:
Yes! All of our items are able to be shipped internationally, most countries are already configured within our system, and postage will be calculated at the checkout. Please contact us if you are having trouble finding them.

Tracking:
When your order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent advising shipping and tracking details. Please use the tracking number provided to you to track your item here: http://auspost.com.au/track/ or contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote your tracking number.

Incorrect Delivery Address or Undeliverable/Returned Parcels:
Even though our system checks for correct delivery address, if you have typed incorrect details, then If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as “undeliverable” Standard shipping rates will apply for re-delivery.

Delivery on a set date?:
Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange delivery of your order for a specific date or day.

Lost Items:
If your item has not been delivered please contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote your tracking number or contact us by email, quoting your order number.
