When multiple names are included, only the first name will feature on the knife/cutlery due to the small print space. Including additional names will make the text extremely small and hard to read to fit within the print space.
➼ Personalisation is optional: If no name details are added or noted, we will send a non-personalised design for your order.
Please ensure all personalisation details are correct for each item in your cart – personalisation is displayed during checkout for each product, when it has been added.
For incorrect or missing personalisation details, we do not provide a refund or exchange where an error has occurred from the customer providing us incorrect personalisation details within the order.

• Made using a professional high heat method – no stickers or vinyl which means the print won’t lift, peel or rub off!
• The result is a beautiful looking print that will last, when following our care instructions. Printed care instructions are included with your parcel to help you maximize longevity of your order.
• We use a special design method that mimics the look of foil and glitter when featured in the design.

➼ P r i n t i n g :
Our products are individually printed and hand made by us, in Brisbane.
Differences in print placement, and the creation process can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product. With the nature of hand made products, please do not expect each product to be exactly the same, as one may slightly differ to the next. This part of the handmade process is what makes our products unique and should not be seen as a fault. They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended.

➼ A b o u t | t h e | D e s i g n :

The design comes with the fonts and graphics as shown within the main listing image, or featuring options as chosen by you within the design options/selection box (when applicable), and as described in the listing title, with your personalisation, as noted on your order.
• Font: The personalisation will be in Lowercase/Uppercase/Capitalised, as shown in our images for the design.
 Some designs may feature more than one font style for additional names or details, please refer to our keepsake box images for examples of each design featuring additional personalisation details.
Longer names/short names or personalisation may slightly differ in your final design as they be slightly smaller/larger in size to fit within the design space, however, the overall final design will still be extremely similar to the examples shown, please keep this in mind.
 Just like handwriting, each font is different has its own characteristics and style for each letter.

• Monogram (for designs with Floral/Greenery/Numbers/Geometric shapes monograms): Each letter/number is different and they all have different placement of the florals/greenery/geometric shape or other graphic elements, some letters/numbers may also appear smaller Eg; an I may seem smaller than an M, due to the differences of the letter width/strokes. 
As standard, we will use the first letter of the name unless noted of another letter/initial preference.

• Please note that the actual print colours may vary from those you see on your screen due to monitor settings and the nature of handcrafting the product. Images are for design and illustration purposes and the finished product may be slightly different, props are not included with your order.
•While we try to include accurate details for each product, all measurements noted are approximate and there may be minor differences.

➼ P r o c e s s i n g | T i m e s :
For most of our range, your order will take approximately 14 business days to create, package and be booked for postage pickup.
The processing time is simply the time we need to prepare your personalised artwork, print and then hand make, package and book for postage collection. Postage time is additional to the processing time-frame, and varies depending on which postage option you select during checkout – standard or express.

To keep up to date with our processing times, please check the banner across the top of our online shop where we update any important processing time-frame details which may effect your order, or when we are experiencing longer than normal time-frames.

➼ P o s t a g e :
Standard and Express postage options are available during checkout, and we also offer combined postage! 

Once your order is packaged and booked for postage collection, we will add your tracking details to your order.

Please Note: Selecting Express postage will not change our turn around time for your order, only the time it takes to be delivered once posted.
